If you've ever felt strangely proud of being up at 3am — grinding, trading, building, or just scrolling while your timezone sleeps — you already know this feeling. Night Owls Guild gives it a name and a crest, nothing more.

The concept includes a daily check-in ritual (the 'hoot') and wallet-tier roles like Fledgling, Owl, and Elder Owl. These are PROPOSED mechanics only — no clubhouse, ritual infrastructure, or tier tracking exists yet. Anything built will be described here once it's real and evidenced.

OWLS carries no equity, revenue share, governance rights, or income. Its only claimed function is cultural: an association with an identity experiment for people awake at odd hours worldwide. Any future roles or milestones will only be claimed as real once implemented.

What does holding OWLS actually do right now?

At this stage, OWLS exists as a token association with the Night Owls Guild concept. A Telegram clubhouse, ritual check-ins, wallet-tier roles, and onchain tracking of check-ins are all PROPOSED or PLANNED — none of these are implemented or verified today.

Is the daily 'hoot' ritual live?

No. The daily ritual hour, timezone rotation, and any wallet-linked check-in tracking are PLANNED mechanisms described as part of the concept, not existing features. If and when any part is built, it will be self-reported and public, not verified by an oracle or third party.

Does OWLS grant income, product access, or voting power?
